TRAINING

Personal Gun

In every specialized security domain, the security solution heavily relies on the human element. While physical and technological security measures are important components in security systems, particularly with the rapid pace in which security technologies are being developed, the security manpower element remains of critical significance. Even the most sophisticated set of physical barriers and technological sensors in most cases only delay the advancement of a determined adversary, and do not necessarily prevent the attack itself.

The proven effectiveness of M.L.M training programs is the result of its unique combination of broad theoretical knowledge, continuously updated information concerning developing threats and changes in adversaries' modi operandi, and the years of operational expertise and experience accumulated by the trainers themselves. The training programs are based on the Israeli Secret Service's GR ("Government Request") model, and adapted to each specific trainee population and the security tasks it has been assigned.

  • VIP and Delegation Security

The VIP and delegation security training programs developed by M.L.M are based on the personal know-how and operational experience of its professional staff. The training programs are continuously updated on the basis of innovative methods and tactical solutions developed by the Israeli Secret Service's Dignitaries and Delegation Security Unit.

The training covers more than obvious topics and devotes a great deal of attention to the detailed planning and advance preparations required prior to any event attended by a VIP or a trip undertaken by a delegation – which are critical to the success of each assignment.

During the course of the training, case studies are presented and analyzed. Additionally, a wide range of scenarios are thoroughly covered.

  • Facility Security

M.L.M had developed training programs for security units assigned to protect sensitive facilities. While the basic part of the these programs is identical, they differ in specific topics relevant to particular types of facilities, taking into account their special characteristics, the population that frequents them and the activities carried out in them – for example, residences and offices, essential infrastructure (communications facilities, energy production and storage facilities, etc.).
